Energy Diagnostics (EDI) is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as the Illinois Residential Team Captain.

This is a unique opportunity to grow into a leadership position, where you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our Illinois residential operations. During the initial phase of this role, you will immerse yourself in every department to gain a comprehensive understanding of the EDI process. This hands-on experience will prepare you for a leadership role where you will oversee the Illinois team, ensuring operational efficiency, managing client relationships, and driving high-level design work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership Development: Start by rotating through various roles to gain deep insight into every aspect of our operations, laying the groundwork for your leadership role.
  • Team Management: Oversee the Illinois team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time, and to the highest standard.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and optimize processes to drive team efficiency and performance.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for most Illinois-based clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Program Design: Collaborate on high-level program design and implementation to meet both client and organizational goals.
  • Bridge to Leadership Team: Act as the key connector between the Illinois team and the executive leadership team.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent EDI's mission and values in client interactions, industry events, and within the team.

    Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

    Ability to Relocate:
