In this role, you'll provide essential support to individuals on their path to recovery, helping create a safe and encouraging environment where they can thrive.About the PositionAs a Residential Technician, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting residents as they navigate their recovery journey. You'll work closely with our team to maintain a secure and structured environment while offering guidance and support to residents.Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe and secure environment within the residential facility.
- Administer medications in line with established protocols.
- Provide transportation for residents to appointments and other essential activities.
- Assist residents with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry.
- Offer emotional support and encouragement to residents during their recovery process.
Flexible Scheduling to Fit Your LifeWe offer flexible shifts to accommodate your needs:
- Every Other Weekend: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- PRN (as needed): Minimum of 2 shifts per month

RequirementsWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking candidates who are passionate about helping others and meet the following qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- License: Valid driver's license required.
- Certifications: CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain onsite).
- Medication Support: Ability to obtain Medication Assistant I and Nurse Aide certifications.
- Experience: Preference given to candidates with at least one year of consistent job history or experience in treatment/human services.
- Training: Narcan administration training (or willingness to complete).
Additional Requirements:
- Must pass a background check.
- Adhere to a drug-free workplace policy, including pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
