Residential Therapeutic Aide

Compensation $15 - $17 hourly, based on education and experience.

Weekend availability required for this role.

We are currently seeking a Residential Therapeutic Aide to provide high level engagement for high acuity youth within the Therapeutic Group Home program. Provides behavior management/modification interventions, crisis support, transitions, and academic support. Contributes to the formulation and implementation of the Individualized Service Plan.

This position is responsible for collaboratively working with the clinical team to meet resident goals and maintain timely and effective communication with residents, caregivers, and supervisor. They will demonstrate initiative, creativity, and flexibility in conducting interventions. They must be comfortable working with children who display behavior problems.

Education and Experience Required: High School Diploma and experience working with children. Minimum 3 months experience preferred; experience working with youth with behavioral health/mental health needs preferred. Bachelor's degree in Human Services preferred.
