Utilizes tools to seamlessly screen targeted customers and connect them to a Marketing Executive.* Supplies Owners and guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.* Ensures proper coverage and execution throughout the lobby as directed and maximizes interactions during peak arrival periods.* Promotes awareness of brand image internally and externally.* Assists with any additional strategies to drive Marketing efforts and Site Volume.* Takes inventories and ensures all desks in the lobby are stocked with appropriate levels of supplies and collateral.Guest Experience and Company Standards* Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.* Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.* Contribute to team goals.* Always follow company policies and safety procedures.To Become a Lobby Ambassador at MVW:* Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.* Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.* Telemarketing, and/or sales experience preferred.* Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.* Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.* May be asked to operate company vehicles following our company policies and standards (including but not limited to golf carts).Marriott Vacations Worldwide is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.Job Requirements#US Sales & Marketing
