Role Description

This is a full-time year round on-site role for a Resort Manager at Yogi Bear's Camp Resort & Water Playground Wisc Dells in Wisconsin Dells, WI. As a Resort Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the overall quality of the facilities and services.

Qualifications

• Strong independent problem solving with hands on investigate abilities
• Excellent leadership and communication skills working with international employees
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in hospitality management or related field
• Knowledge of resort operations and customer service best practices
• Social Media & Email Marketing Campaign Experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Franchise Branded property management experience Helpful to assure brand standard compliance
• Campspot PMS experience preferred
• Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
