Sales Coordinator plays a crucial support role within our resorts sales team. This position assists Sales Managers in driving client engagement, managing administrative functions, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role is part of a coordinator team responsible for organizing sales data, supporting prospecting efforts, coordinating events, and ensuring memorable client experiences in The Sweetest Place on Earth .

Job Duties (Items marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this position):
* Assist Resorts Sales Managers with accurate CRM lead and data capture, development and distribution of sales materials, including preparing proposals, function agreements, contracts, and gathering other data critical to the sales process.
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the Resorts Sales Department, including handling inbound calls, monitoring group inbox, and other general administrative duties as required.
* Support Sales Managers in prospecting activities by organizing and conducting outreach efforts via phone and email.
* Collaborate with other members of the team with a positive attitude and strong commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere.
* Oversee office inventory management, such as ordering and tracking supplies, promotional items, and computer equipment to support departmental needs.
Client Relations & Customer Service:
* Maintain proactive communication with internal and external partners to ensure client needs are consistently met throughout the sales process.
* Provide outstanding customer service by assisting in all client relations aspects, while ensuring a positive and professional experience for each client.
Event Coordination:
* Organize and coordinate special events, departmental activities, conference/trade shows, familiarization (FAM) trips, site tours, and client meetings for Sales Managers.
Marketing Coordination:
* Collaborate with Marketing on updates to HersheyMeetings.com website, ensuring accurate and up to date information on our resorts and destination.
Additional Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in lieu of degree.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.
* Adaptable and able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment.
* Hospitality industry experience preferred.
* 18 years of age or older.
* Must have a valid Driver's License.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Proficient use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM systems.
* Effective customer service, communication, time management and organizational skills.
* A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
