Work of Art at College Greens is seeking a full time Resource Assistant/Art Instructor to join our team and support artists to reach their goals.The Resource Assistant/Art Instructor offers support to the Art staff and participants by coordinating, writing, and facilitating yearly meetings, insuring artist file quality, maintaining art inventory, and providing one-on-one art instruction to support artists to reach their goals. You will be part of a team that uses an innovative and person-centered approach to support adults with developmental disabilities in leading productive and meaningful lives in their community.Salary: $20/hour (40 hours/week) with incentives & increases after years 1,3,5,7, 9... etc. Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pmMust be flexible to work occasional evening and weekend events based on business needsBenefits:

Skills required:
- A.A. Degree in Human Services related field required or at least three years' experience in the field of developmental disabilities.
- Skilled artists preferred (may substitute skill level for education).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills required.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance.
- Possession of reliable car.
- Ability to be organized and systematic in doing several different tasks in a relatively short period of time.
- Possess skills to use computers and the internet to email, scan, present, and file reports or other needed documentation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, etc.) required.
- All applicants must be free from substance abuse.
Required to work:
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certified.
- Driver's License, proof of car insurance and current vehicle registration.
- Clear a background check.
