As a Resource Center Representative, you will: Provide a high level of service when assisting external and internal customers by maintaining resource knowledge to ensure seamless access to all Hazelden Betty Ford programs and services. Respond to customer's requests, utilizing communication skills, via telephone-mail, and written correspondence by gathering pertinent information and forwarding it appropriately. Qualifications High school or equivalent Sales/customer service experience required Ability to type 30 words per minute required Basic knowledge of chemical dependency Experience with MS Office software required Ability to speak Spanish desired Able to work rotating holidays Overview...Representative, Retail, Healthcare
