JOB SUMMARY
Works within the vision, mission, and philosophy of the agency. Recruits, assesses, determines eligibility and agency fit, and certifies qualified resource families for the Foster Care and Adoptions program within assigned geographic area. Independently conducts home studies, initial case management and final walk-through for prospective families. Conducts Pre-certification training.

QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• Master's degree (M.S.) in Social Work (MSW) preferred; or MA/MS in a Social Science such as Psychology or a Health Service related field.
• One (1) year of experience in a Mental Health or a Foster Care setting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are preferred.
