In conjunction with Nursing Leadership, the Resource Management Center (RMC) Scheduler contributes to the success of the resource plan by driving administrative processes while recruiting and placing health professionals for upcoming shifts Manages record keeping and deployment of Nursing support staff following established protocols and guidelines.
