**Resource Manager - Delivery**

**Cart.com** is an ecommerce software and services company on a mission to democratize ecommerce and give digital merchants the freedom to grow. We are integrating all the pieces of the ecommerce value chain brands need to thrive, creating a truly end-to-end Ecommerce-as-a-Service platform that helps third party brands move faster, grow more quickly, and deliver on their promises more completely.

Cart is seeking a Resource Manager who will be responsible for supporting the Delivery team in ongoing operations and management of project resources for client engagements. This includes but is not limited to: the strategic allocation of resources, effective communication across the delivery team and proper planning and maintenance to maximize utilization. The ideal person will be comfortable in the fast pace of an early-stage start-up. **Responsibilities**

+ Assist with day-to-day operations including time off management, contractor invoicing, internal training and process improvement.

+ Support Delivery internal initiatives and manage certification goals with documentation and training, as well as tracking and reporting on progress.

+ Work alongside internal teams as needed to assist with employee training, reporting and other administrative tasks.

+ Assist in day-to-day resource communication and scheduling with relevant stakeholders across the Delivery team.

+ Understand and support the sales and recruiting pipeline to assist in managing available resources and identify upcoming needs; Lead resource profile creation.

+ Support ongoing maintenance and updates of project management software.

+ Manage special projects and other duties as assigned.

**Required Experience**

+ 5+ years administrative or operational business experience

+ Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.

+ Demonstrated success in working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

+ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time.

+ Ability to identify creative solutions.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Bachelors in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Computer Science or related field.

+ Jira and Confluence experience.
