Job Type Full-time Description The Respiratory Technician will:
- Use AARC clinical Practice Guidelines as reference.
- Use written, verbal and communication skills effectively, while being able to demonstrate skills via competency checklists appropriate to respiratory care.
- Conduct: Stress Tests, Pulmonary Function Tests, Cardiac Event Monitor placement and EKGs
Requirements
- Completion of an AARC approved program or EMT Certification AND/OR One (1) year of experience as EMT/AEMT/Paramedic
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred)
- Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
