RiverView Health operates a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital, RiverView Recovery Center; a chemical dependency outpatient treatment program, RiverView Home Care and five primary care and specialty clinics in the hospitals service area.

Responsibilities:

RiverView Health has an opening for an On-Call Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). The RRT is a clinically competent, certified or registered professional who assumes responsibility and accountability for patients of all ages ranging from neonates to geriatrics through the process of carrying out modalities prescribed by an advanced practice provider. The RRT must effectively and professionally interact with patients, family members, responsible party and other health care team members, while maintaining RiverView Healths Standards of Behavior guidelines. The RRT must comply with regulatory standards of the MN Medical Board of Practice, National Board for Respiratory Care, American Association for Respiratory Care, and any other professional guidelines or standards. Settings may include inpatient care and outpatient care. Salary range is $33.90 - $47.47 and starting wage is dependent on experience.

Qualifications:

• Current State of Minnesota license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, which must be in good standing.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree in Respiratory Therapy is required
• Current American Heart BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications are required. If not current training will be provided and certification must be obtained within 4 months from the date of hire or employment will be terminated.
