Our programs offer case management, respite care, financial assistance, information and advocacy through services that are individualized, flexible, and designed to respond to family needs and preferences.Anticipated Hours Per Week 5 to 15 Schedule:Will be matched with a family and work out scheduling based on need. Salary/Wage Range: Hourly $15.22 to $15.22 Number Of Positions 1 Position Summary/Job Duties:Create meaning in your life. Be a MENTOR for children with special needs. Feel fullfilled by being positive role model in a child's life. Currently seeking respite providers for flexible part-time hours. Looking for a male provider to support a teen on the near-east side of Madison. Work in the home and/or out in the community. Some activities include playing video games, going to the YMCA and playing basketball, hiking around Madison's parks, and/or watching movies. Be positive, compassionate, flexible, and responsible

Experience working with individuals with Autism, developmental disabilities, and/or mental health disorders prefered or a willingness to learn.

Must be 18 or over and pass a thorough Caregiver Background Check

Access to reliable transporation would be helpful but not necessay if willing to access public transportation

Physical Demands Bending, lifting, standing, and may involve assistance with some personal cares.
