The Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness Center, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for a part-time-time Rest & Recovery Specialist to join our team in Bentonville, Arkansas.
As a part-time R&R Specialist, you'll work up to 27 hours per week, must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
Oversees the delivery of services and all related equipment and direct member programs in the Rest and Recharge department. Demonstrates and guides guests through multiple recovery technologies for a quality experience. This role is the first impression of guests seeking to relax and rejuvenate.
Key Accountabilities:
Oversees recovery suite areas – both complimentary and paid services; interacts with participants and monitors equipment and participant safety.
Provides direct program services in a variety of areas (e.g., cryotherapy, treatment, hydrotherapy, compression, red light, etc.).
May assist with marketing and communication
Assists with Whole Health programming
Other duties as needed/assigned
Minimum requirements:
High School diploma and 1+ years' experience in the health and wellness field.
Demonstrated commitment to a health-related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
1+ years' related industry experience.
CPR, First Aid and AED certification through the American Heart Association, Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute required by start date.
Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others.
Competency in the delivery of HealthFitness and site-specific programs and services.
Computer proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook; and working knowledge of the member management system, databases, and other software.
Compensation: $17.00 per hour.
