Job Summary:

Seeking a reliable, responsible and positive individual to serve as full-time restaurant and bar manager.

Job Description:

• Handle, schedule and train staff
• Customer care
• Generate business via events and increased community exposure
• Inventory responsibility
• Bookkeeping duties
• Cultivate a positive, fun environment for customers

Requirements:

Must have outstanding organizational skills to attend to the various demands of a busy establishment and work well under pressure. Available on weekends, special events and holidays as needed. Communicate clearly and effectively with staff, customers and board members. Demonstrate multitasking abilities, leadership qualities, positive attitude and the ability to create a team atmosphere. *Pay based on experience*.
