Description:***Please apply on our Career page directly: Position: Restaurant BarbackJob Duties and Responsibilities:-Stock and rotate coolers and maintain liquor room.-Assist with bottle service and bussing.-Assist the bartenders during rushes by serving drinks.-Consistently collect, wash, sanitize and restock all glass and barware for repeated bartender use.-Efficiently and continuously re-stock bartender serving stations with liquor, ice, fruit, straws and napkins as necessary for bartender use.-Perform general duties such as taking out trash, stocking restrooms, and complying with special requests set forth by management.-Execute weekly inventory of alcohol at all stations, liquor cage, walk-in cooler and liquor room for Bar Manager to place reorders.-Receive and back-stock weekly alcohol and supply deliveries into assigned and allocated areas of the bar.-Manage closing duties, including cleaning entire bar area and back area as well as prepare bar for the next day's shift.Qualifications:-Previous barback experience preferred.-Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.-Good communications skills and attention to detail.The Company: Lessing's Hospitality Group is comprised of over 100 locations throughout the Northeast and Florida.
