Compensation:$2.13 plus tips
Responsibilities:- Receive payments and settle patron checks and tabs, as well as correctly record daily sales totals in point of sale system
- Mix and deliver drinks to customers including alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties of wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks
- Responsible for inventory, ordering and stocking of all wine, liquor, and beer. Maintains an inventory of glassware and promptly communicates any shortages to management.
- Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties
- Properly identify customers' age through identification cards, and serve alcoholic beverages following all applicable federal, state, local, and company rules and regulations
Qualifications:- Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
- We prefer some experience working in the food service industry
- Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)
- This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the patron first and providing exceptional customer service
