Responsibilities
* Must be courteous and gracious, maintaining a professional demeanor atall times
* Establish and maintain good communications and team work with fellow colleagues and other departments within the hotel
* Offer guests an enjoyable experience that conforms to our standards of excellence, professionalism and friendliness
* Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of the sequence of service, following this sequence for every guest.
* Clear, mark, and take ownership of table maintenance and wipe and resets tables
* Assist coworkers in any task necessary to ensure a great environment for guests and coworkers
* Execute any additional employee duties requested by management
* Possess expert knowledge of all food and beverage aspects of the restaurant
* Maintain an increased awareness of safety issues throughout the hotel
* Participate in scheduled departmental and administrative meetings as requested
