POSITION OBJECTIVE
Chick-fil-A Flour Bluff is seeking a Front of House Director with the ability to provide
operational oversight and strong leadership to its 65+ team members. This individual will be
in a leadership position where they will have the opportunity to lead, grow, and serve. This
role involves managing multiple aspects of the restaurant, from overseeing a department to
business planning and strategizing. The ultimate goal is to work alongside the
Owner/Operator and other leaders to play a key role in growing the business and holding the
team accountable. This opportunity is far more than “fast food”—it is a chance for a key
individual to impact the day-to-day operations and team members of a Chick-fil-A restaurant.
This leader will receive intentional development and, in the long term, will have the
opportunity to serve in an even larger capacity or pursue becoming an Owner/Operator.
POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Work in the operations overseeing and supervising daily systems and processes
● Enthusiastically lead and positively impact team and culture through celebrating
successes and modeling core values
● Guide, coach, invest in, and build relationships with team
● Evaluate logistical and analytic needs and plan ahead to ensure that the store runs
with excellence during peak times
● Monitor profitability, primarily focusing on labor
● Help to drive top line growth
● Continually evaluate business operations and streamline systems/processes for
efficiency
● Know, set, and evolve store goals with a focus on key metrics
● Perform off-shift managerial tasks such as team development, reviewing reports and
results, and money handling
● Develop a strong leadership pipeline to create capacity for future growth
● Ensure Chick-fil-A Flour Bluff is stewarding all resources well and meeting and
exceeding all Chick-fil-A standards
● Meet regularly with Operator and Leadership Team for training/personal
development and to execute the overall vision
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
● Bachelor's degree preferred
● 3-5+ years of leadership experience required
● Holds themself to high integrity
● Demonstrates humility and servant leadership mentality; willing to get their hands
dirty
● Optimistic and engaging; possessing a genuine heart and care for people
● High-level organizational skills with multi-tasking capabilities; detail-oriented
● Flexible; can make quick, smart decisions under pressure
