The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Restaurant Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our team at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Restaurant Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all food service and hospitality operations are efficiently carried out while providing an exemplary guest experience.

What will you do?

• Oversee inventory and estimates of food and beverage costs
• Schedule all front of house restaurant team members for daily location schedules
• Assist with the hiring, training, and development of restaurant team members
• Inspect restaurant, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to

More about you

• Minimum of 2 years of previous supervisory experience in a hospitality and high-volume dining environment
• Strong knowledge of food and beer
• Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss
• Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• No college degree required

Physical requirements

• Standing and walking for entire length of shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
