  • Coordinate, supervise, and direct all property F&B operations while consistently maintaining Company standards across all F&B outlets.
  • Lead and analyze guest satisfaction, quality of service, sales, costs, quality and presentation of food and beverage products, service standards, condition and cleanliness of facilities and equipment.
  • Lead full cycle recruitment efforts to ensure proper staffing allocations which includes interviewing, hiring, and training of team members.
  • Ensure all F&B outlets are adequately staffed to support F&B operations while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
  • Create and monitor the F&B budget and maintain in line with budgeted and forecasted projections.
  • Ensure all opening and closing procedures for all restaurant outlets are completed accurately.
  • Conduct daily pre-shift meetings with all F&B team members to ensure they are current on all Company initiatives and daily operations.
  • Act as a mentor, communicate effectively with team members
  • Ensure all F&B outlets are prepared for daily service.
  • Ensure the flow of service remains consistent throughout all shifts to include timeliness and accuracy of service to all guests.
  • Ensure purchase orders are completed timely and within budget.
  • Partner with the Culinary leaders to ensure accuracy in orders.
  • Conduct training for all team members to include new hires and daily training to ensure team members are knowledgeable of Company service standards.
  • Maintain the highest levels of guest service and develop a rapport with both the hotel and community guests, meeting and greeting guests at the Restaurant, and handling guest concerns effectively and professionally. Timely guest resolution through analysis of surveys and social media.
  • Ensure all food & beverage equipment is well-kept, clean, and operational at all times.
  • Manage beverage service in accordance with federal, state, local, and regulations.
  • Coordinate and monitor all phases of loss prevention in the F&B Department by regular inventory procedures.
  • Regularly review departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Steps of Service (SOS) to ensure departments operations are accurate and efficient.
  • Monitor weekly payroll for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Catering & Events leaders as needed.
  • Perform any duties as assigned.
Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000 Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
  • Five or more years' operating experience in a similar capacity in a top restaurant group or luxury hotel Food & Beverage department. Previous Restaurant General Manager experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with various computer applications.
