Overview:
The Michael Patricks General Manager is responsible and accountable for administration, operation, and direct management of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the business plan and budget for the restaurant.
- Responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, food, and drink necessary to operate the restaurant.
- Developing wait, host, utility, and staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Establish a guest first culture in the venue with convivial employees.
- Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted level of employment. Delegate authority and assign responsibilities.
- Review departmental status with VP of F&B.
- Develop and manage programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries.
- Adhere to all systems and processes to ensure seamless guest service and employee satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
- Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
- Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
- Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Display strong work ethic and team work.
- Five to seven years experience in restaurant management and supervision, purchasing and inventory control with a 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
- Alcohol Beverage Control card any applicable health certificates.
