** Restaurant Manager**
Email Location: Mosaic District Job Type: Full Time Shake Shack complies with the Occupational Safety and Health Administrations (OSHA) emergency temporary standard (ETS) to minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission in the workplace. The ETS establishes binding requirements to protect unvaccinated employees of large employers (100 or more employees) from the risk of contracting COVID-19 in the workplace.
In order to work at Shake Shack, you must either be completely vaccinated (defined as 2 weeks after the second dose in a two dose vaccine series or 2 weeks after the first dose in a one dose vaccine series) by February 9, 2022 or submit to weekly COVID-19 testing.
This ETS goes into effect on **January 10, 2022** and Shake Shack must comply with the testing requirement of the ETS by **February 9, 2022**.
