Our restaurant is seeking a manager who can train and guide our employees to help provide a memorable experience for our customers. We are looking for an experienced manager with expertise in team management, customer service and marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a strategy that will enable our organization to meet its current challenges as well as to reach new levels of success on a continuing basis.

Must have a love for food and people.

Responsibilities:

• Increase profitability by increasing sales volume
• Ensure that the restaurant is well-staffed and running smoothly
• Monitor store inventory, ordering and receiving
• Be aware of and comply with local, state, and federal regulations
• Ensure the restaurant meets health code standards when preparing food and serving customers
• Learn and monitor all functions of the operation
• Scheduling and Payroll processing
• Ensure a positive dining experience for customers
