Guest Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable dining experience by upholding the highest service standards. Team Management: Train, mentor, and manage your team of servers, cooks, and support staff, fostering growth and development. Restaurant Standards: Maintain top-tier cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the restaurant. Financial Oversight: Assist in budgeting, inventory control, and financial management to ensure the restaurants profitability. Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.Physical & Additional Requirements: Manual Dexterity: Skilled in both fine and gross motor tasks. Vision: Sharp peripheral and near/far vision to ensure smooth operations. Hearing: Respond swiftly to instructions and guest needs in a fast-paced environment. Lifting/Pushing/Pulling: Move objects up to 80 pounds with ease. Standing/Walking: Stand and walk for extended periods with energy and enthusiasm. Flexibility & Mobility: Bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and move with ease while managing restaurant activities. Environmental Tolerance: Work comfortably in diverse temperatures and with cleaning agents. Allergy Tolerance: Handle fresh ingredients safely and efficiently without adverse reactions. Step-Stool/Ladder Use: Confidently use a step-stool or ladder when needed to access items at various heights. Physical Balance: Maintain stability and balance throughout tasks, even in busy environments. Clear Communication: Convey instructions clearly and communicate effectively with your team, ensuring harmony.
