Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate an environment that delivers exceptional experiences for both employees and customers.
- Maintain high standards of product quality, production, and service through effective supervision and task delegation.
- Manage the food delivery process, ensuring compliance with storage and food safety standards.
- Uphold rigorous cash control procedures according to company policies.
- Enhance brand promotion within established guidelines.
- Coordinate weekly scheduling proposals for team members, submitting them to the GM for approval.
- Support the GM in recruitment processes, including conducting initial interviews and making hiring recommendations.
- Provide continuous coaching and leadership, setting a strong example in all restaurant operations.
- Train employees to exceed customer expectations and ensure adherence to restaurant policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety protocols during shifts.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the building, grounds, and work areas.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 6 months of management experience in the restaurant industry or equivalent.
- ServSafe Certification preferred or able to obtain certification prior to completion of training.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong training, motivation, evaluation, coaching, delegation, and supervisory abilities.
- Competent in reading, writing, math, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to prioritize, manage stress, and maintain professionalism with customers.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Role involves significant customer interaction, use of cooking equipment, and navigating slippery surfaces.
- Requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., and performing various physical activities like bending, reaching, and climbing.
- Must be capable of working in varying temperatures and conditions, including refrigerated areas and around hot or cold foods.
