Pay: $55000 - $65000 / year Summary of position: As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Whiskey Joe's. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve operational goals.
  • 5-star Guest Service: Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by maintaining quality standards, addressing guest concerns with a proactive approach, and creating a positive dining experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage the restaurant budget, control costs, and maximize profitability.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and ensure a high level of performance.
  • Quality Control: Maintain quality standards for food and beverage offerings, presentation, and overall guest experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other managers, kitchen staff, and support teams to ensure smooth coordination and collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and budgeting.
  • Skilled in social media for restaurant branding purposes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Tech-savvy, computer-proficient
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
