Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. The ideal candidate will reside in the Incline Village or surrounding area within 30 miles of Incline.

Personal Assistant

• Offer primary support to the owners in managing multiple Tahoe properties, including scheduling maintenance, preparing and communicating cost estimates, scope changes and assessing project feasibility.

• Work independently to complete tasks and provide detailed updates to the owners.

• Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and process vendor invoices promptly.

• Manage Zoom meetings and phone calls, keeping the owners' calendar up to date.

• Coordinate and schedule jobsite meetings and arrange lunch if needed.

• Maintain records, order and manage project samples, and offer administrative support to the owner and the owners' rep.

• Execute all tasks with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail

• All personal errands for the owners: example change snow tires or other vehicle maintenance, take dog to the vet etc.

Restaurant Project Manager for a new Incline Restaurant

• Manage the opening of a new Incline Village restaurant, designed to be community-centric with a focus on healthy cuisine and a welcoming, warm atmosphere

• Collaborate with owners, restaurant consultants, designers, and contractors to create a functional and welcoming space.

• Manage project timelines, permits, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure timely and successful completion.

• Facilitate communication among all parties and address any issues that arise.

• Oversee staff training and prepare for the grand opening event.

• Be flexible to assist in the restaurant as needed, especially during short staffing due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Qualifications

• This candidate excels at juggling multiple roles and is excited to contribute to the launch of a new and vibrant restaurant project. They're a proactive learner with a deep passion for the Tahoe community and the food industry, and they effectively manage various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be trustworthy, adaptable to change, and well-organized, with a keen eye for detail. Must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, patience, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Preferred experience in project management, the restaurant industry, and office administration.

• Proficient in Google Suite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
