At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our Guests' needs, making them feel welcomed. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing attitude and previous experience working as a server in a fast-paced restaurant setting.Duties:
- Serve food promptly and properly.
- Provide attentive service and pre-bus tables.
- Perform preparatory tasks and side work duties to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently.
- Follow all money handling procedures when serving the guest.
- Set all tables according to hotel standards.
- Check tableware: china, silverware, glassware, candles, sugars, salt & pepper shakers for cleanliness and neatness.
Physical requirements:
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
- Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Ability to stand during entire shift.
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in hotel or a related field preferred.
- Must have at least 1 year of restaurant/hotel server experience.
