Joining the Slows team means being part of a vibrant and dynamic work environment.Responsibilities+ Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our customers+ Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables, chairs, and service areas+ Accurately process cash and credit card transactions, adhere to cash handling and credit policies and procedures+ Collaborate with team members to provide an exceptional experience for our customers+ Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment+ Attend training sessions and staff meetings as requiredRequirements+ A minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant server+ Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills+ Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills+ Knowledge of food and beverage service and sanitation guidelines+ Must be able to lift up to 40 poundsBenefitsBenefits:+ Flexible schedule+ Opportunity for advancement.+ Medical and Dental available to full-time employees
