We are seeking dynamic and dedicated Restaurant Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for delivering top-notch service in a premium dining environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

This role will pay an hourly rate between $9.00 plus tips

Ensemble Arts Philly is home to a wide variety of genres including Broadway, comedy, theater, jazz, dance, and family presentations across three iconic venues: the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, the Academy of Music, and the Miller Theater.

  • Greet guests professional and friendly manner.
  • Present menus, take food and beverage orders and provide recommendations when necessary.
  • Ensure accuracy in order-taking and communicate orders to the kitchen staff promptly.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests, following established serving standards.
  • Check on guests regularly to meet their needs and address any concerns or requests.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely guest checks and process payments using the POS system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including setting up and breaking down tables.
  • Collaborate with other team members, such as kitchen staff and hosts/hostesses, to provide a seamless dining experience.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous 5 years of serving experience in premium service restaurant
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic math skills for accurate order processing and bill calculations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • An eagerness to learn and adapt to new procedures and standards.
  • Solid knowledge of wine and spirits
