Job Summary

The Shift Leader is responsible for effectively and efficiently managing a restaurant within the guidelines of the company. The Shift Leader is considered a “Manager In Training”.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least two years of experience in the quick service industry.
• Interacting with guests, staff, and management.
• Opening and/or closing the restaurant according to Hungry Howie's in Arizona standards by supervising Team Member performance including setup, food preparation, and cleaning.
• Ensuring Team Members follow all Company safety policies.
