Upholding culinary standards, you will play a key role in ensuring recipe compliance and maintaining top-tier food quality. Your creative flair will be valued as you contribute to the development of regular and customized menus. Responsibilities also include training kitchen staff in diverse aspects such as food preparation, safe handling, equipment operation, and adhering to high standards of food safety and sanitation, in accordance with Company and regulatory guidelines. Efficient inventory management for food and non-food supplies is essential, ensuring the availability of necessary products. Compliance with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations, along with departmental procedures, will be a top priority. Additionally, you will perform other assigned duties to contribute to the overall success of culinary operations.
