DescriptionWe are hiring enthusiastic and passionate individuals for our restaurant team!A Restaurant Stocker ensures all front-of-house restaurant supplies are ready for guests to use. A stocker is responsible for restocking items for service, facilitating transfers to and from the dishwashing station, keeping the restaurant station organized and workable during service. Functionally reports to the Restaurant Service Leads and Food & Beverage Director and Manager.
- Stocks shelves, racks, tables and service stations with new or transferred supplies
- Polishes all glassware and silverware to be used in the dining room
- Folds napkins and makes extra place settings
- Takes inventory of merchandise and identifies items to be reordered and replenished
- Facilitates transfer of all dishware and glassware to and from the dishwashing station
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous stock clerk or related work experience preferred
Job Requirements
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
