Hours are subject to change on short notice depending on weather and needs of the business.
Overview of Responsibilities
Set up and break down workstationsMaintain a clean and sanitary workstation - including trash removal, sweeping/mopping and general cleanlinessFollow Department of Health protocols and proceduresKnowledge of food product, identification and acceptable level of food qualityMaintain Department of Health standards at all times and participate in inspectionsRotate and change food holding containers as neededRequirements may include preparation of food according to recipes and protocols set, including operating food preparation equipmentEnsure proper portion sizes to maintain food costsAssist in other areas of production as neededPerform cash handling functions, including operating the POSLead Cashier - Perform returns, exchanges and assist guests in any concerns/needsGeneral customer serviceLead Team on operation goals and projectsAdditional Job Functions
Adhere to daily/weekly/monthly cleaning schedules as posted and directed by managementEnsure that all work locations are neat, clean, organized and safeProvide consistent quality throughout menu and ensure the proper preparation and holding of productsCompletion of any reasonable request or assigned tasks by ManagementEstablish and maintain a collaborative working relationship with all staffMaintain general knowledge of park attractions and amenities to provide superior customer serviceFollow all WCS rules and regulationsMaintenance Responsibilities
Remove debris and empty trash receptacles from restaurant seating and public areasGeneral sanitation of restaurant groundsDeep cleaning of equipment, walls, floors, ceilings etc. as assignedOperate lightweight grounds equipment if needed (i.e. pressure washer, leaf blower, etc.)Adhere to local, state, and federal cleanliness, food handling, food storage proceduresPERKS of Working with Us:

Required Qualifications
Ability to stand for long periods of timeGood interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environmentExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to frequently lift/transport hot food itemsMinimum of 2 years of experience in a lead position or in a fast-paced restaurant/food industryPrevious POS ExperienceNYC Food Handlers Certificate preferred, but not required. Must be willing to obtain it within the first 45 days of employmentAbility to work safely in an environment with heat, steamSalary Range
$17.50/hr
