Explore job openings with our knowledgeable, friendly, and hard-working team today! The Technician is a first-responder to residential and commercial properties affected by damage or disaster. Technicians are responsible for water damage mitigation, on-location cleaning, microbial remediation, content pack outs, content processing/deodorization and content storage and handling. Duties and Responsibilities: •Water extraction and mitigation •Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration •Vandalism, crime scene and biohazard clean up, demolition and light construction •Structural board-up and site stabilization •Carpet cleaning and on location cleaning •Content handling/storage, unloading/loading trucks •Manage and maintain a clean and organized appearance of vehicle, equipment, material and consumables on job site and warehouse at all times •Manage and maintain inventories of all equipment, material, consumables and tools •Complete all necessary paperwork including daily progress report, moisture logs, safety logs and diagrams •All other duties or projects as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: •Experience in janitorial, housekeeping, custodial or restoration field is a plus as we respond to emergency water and fire damage for residential and commercial customers. •Valid Drivers License with 3 years clean driving history in order to qualify for our auto insurance. •Self-driven, detail oriented. •Demonstrated organizational and problem solving skills. •High level of integrity and commitment to the work. •A desire to serve our customers and a passion for teamwork! •Excellent customer service skills. JOB REQUIREMENTS: •Two weekends per month of additional after-hours availability. •A valid driver's license. •Ability to lift/carry 25 lbs+ •Ability to work overtime hours as required. •Excellent customer service skills- must be a people person ! •Must consent to pre-employment screening including a drug test and background check •DMV record check if offered a position with the company.
