Job Summary Seeking EXPERIENCED team lead with at least 3-5 years of construction/building experience to lead a team of professionals home/commercial rebuild projects. Our company specializes in home restoration projects and is seeking an individual with wall and floor replacement experience to complement our existing home restoration work. Looking for a candidate with the integrity, work ethic and resolve to help grow and manage day-to-day operations as well as share in the profits of rebuild-related work. This is a brand new business line and am looking for a dynamic professional with a can do attitude to help take a company from $1million in annual revenue to $5 million in annual revenue. I am willing to offer salary plus $20% profit for all rebuild jobs. Additionally, I am seeking someone who can fit into our culture of with a growth-oriented, customer-first, integrity-focused, gritty and team first mindset who is willing to mentor junior staff and be trusted to price and handle jobs on their own.
