- Restoration Expertise: Perform specialized restoration work, addressing fire and water damage and ensuring high-quality, safe outcomes on every site.
- Multi-Trade Skills: Execute tasks across several trades, including:
- Demolition and Cleanup: Conduct demolition, debris removal, and cleanup for restoration sites.
- Waterproofing: Apply waterproofing methods to protect structures from water infiltration.
- Framing & Insulation: Build, repair, and insulate walls and frameworks as needed.
- Drywall: Hang, tape, finish, and repair drywall to project specifications.
- Finished Carpentry: Complete finish carpentry, including trim and detailed woodwork.
- Stucco and Painting: Apply stucco and execute high-quality painting on both interior and exterior surfaces.
- Roofing Repairs: Perform minor roofing repairs as required on restoration sites.
- General Construction: Understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
- Blueprint Reading: Accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project instructions.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with team members and project managers to stay on schedule and ensure project goals are met.
- Safety Adherence: Maintain a safe work environment by following OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly address on-site issues to maintain workflow and achieve deadlines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in construction, with demonstrated expertise in restoration-related trades (fire and water damage preferred).
- Tools: Will need to have basic trade specific tools, toolbelts and bags.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with tools and techniques for the trades listed above. Will need your own hand tools, belts, and bags.
- Self-Management: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, efficiently manage time, and consistently meet project milestones.
- License: Valid CA driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Compliance: Able to pass a detailed background check and drug screen.
- Soft Skills:
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Dedication to precision and quality in all tasks.
- Teamwork: Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus!

Work Schedule:
