This position is a direct placement, full-time role with a trusted leader in water, mold, and fire damage restoration, proudly serving the residential, commercial, industrial, and medical industries. As a locally owned and operated business, they provide 24-hour emergency service across Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, St. Johns County Beaches, and surrounding areas. Our highly trained team is passionate about responding quickly to help our customers restore their lives after unfortunate events.
Location: Office located in Jacksonville, FL 32256. Service area within ~30 miles.
Hours / Schedule: Office hours are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Open for emergency services 24/7. On-call rotation required.

Position Detail
The Remediation & Restoration Technician / Lead Technician is responsible for performing water, mold, and fire damage restoration tasks. This position includes evaluating damage, executing remediation plans, and ensuring adherence to relevant industry and safety standards. The role requires technical skill and knowledge, hands-on experience, attention to detail, and a strong customer service orientation.

This position will report directly to operations/production management, working closely with senior company leadership. Success will be dependent on the ability to deliver on the deliverables; excellence in customer service, prompt response to support requests, and a willingness to execute with precision and quality all the duties outlined in the position description.
