Our long-term care team is dedicated to delivering award-winning quality and person-centered care and promoting the dignity of older adults.OUR GNA/RESTORATIVE AIDE POSITIONThe primary purpose of the Restorative Aid position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors. The restorative nurse aide provides restorative care to selected patients; working with the licensed nurses and therapists to develop the restorative care plan. The licensed nurse and/or therapist will evaluate the patient to determine patient goals and appropriate restorative activities to achieve these goals.
