Restorative CNA - Health Care Center Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community (CKV) is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to become a part of restorative team to help provide our residents with the highest quality of care. As a Restorative Aide working at CKV, we will provide you with opportunities to enjoy a friendly work environment guided by Christian values. Our current needs include: Full-time; working 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Weekend and holiday rotation is required. Job Description:As a Restorative CNA, your scope of responsibilities will include but is not limited to:Administering range of motion exercises and ambulating residents who require assistance with ambulation to improve the residents' ambulation and/or independence.Observeing and reporting changes in residents' condition. Providing for the safety and comfort of the resident. Assuring that residents' rights are protected per the Resident's Bill of Rights.As assigned and needed, performs basic nursing care duties of a Nursing Assistant. Maintaining resident's personal hygiene, nutrition, skin care, bladder and bowel care, body alignment, and completes records as assigned. Maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Education and Experience:Must be currently enrolled in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry.Working knowledge of basic nursing techniques and physical rehabilitation is strongly preferred.Post-certification experience is preferred but not required.Compassionate style of communicating with residents, families, team members and guests of CKV.
