Job Summary:General duties of the Restroom Attendant are to maintain safety and cleanliness of the venue restroom facilities, communicate with other facilities colleagues and guests to provide the highest level of customer service
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures, hardware, tile, mirrors, partitions, etc.
- Dust, sweep, and/or mop floors as necessary.
- Replace restroom supplies as needed.
- Report any damage and maintenance needs to your supervisor.
- Follow schedules and complete tasks as they appear on the schedules.
- Load and unload supplies and equipment when needed.
- Clean all tools, supplies, and equipment after each use and store in proper place.
- Change trash bags out when necessary.
- Enforce building policies.
- Look out for guest's safety and well-being.
Working Conditions:- Irregular and extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to climb stairs and stand for long periods of time.
- The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
- Frequent visual/auditory attention.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
