The Opportunity:
The Car Wash Manager is responsible for overall day-to-day operations operation and profitability of the car wash. and those tasks essential car wash operations.
Responsibilities:
* Motivates, encourages, and effectively challenges all car wash employees.
* Inspect parts, equipment, or vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and compliance with standards or regulations.
* Scrub, scrape, or spray machine parts, equipment, or vehicles, using scrapers, brushes, clothes, cleaners, disinfectants, insecticides, acid, abrasives, vacuums, or hoses.
* Apply paints, dyes, polishes, preconditioner's, waxes, or masking materials to vehicles to preserve, protect, or restore color or condition.
* Maintain inventories of supplies.
* Monitor operation of cleaning machines and stop machines or notify supervisors when malfunctions occur.
* Employee must demonstrate safe work and risk management practices and report all safety and security issues.
* Ensure that confidentiality of data collected and stored are maintained
* Must complete all duties as assigned.
Education:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
* Ability to work at a fast pace and in varying outdoor climates.
* Physical ability to complete required duties, including standing, lifting, bending, reaching, and walking for long periods of time.
