Salary/Hourly Rate: $20 - $22/hr
Position Overview: They are seeking a personable and reliable Retail Associate to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal Retail Associate candidate will have at least one year of solid retail experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities of the Retail Associate: - Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers with product selection and answer any questions they may have
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with stocking, merchandising, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and store goals
Qualifications for the Retail Associate: - Minimum of 1 to 2 years of retail experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Proficiency in operating a POS system
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Education Requirements: - High School diploma or GED is required
