Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for answering customer questions and ringing sales into the point of sale (POS) system
- Be familiar with store merchandise to speak knowledgeably to customers
- Assist with store merchandising, product display, inventory levels and store cleanliness
- Assist with receiving merchandise and verifying packaging slips
- Ensure that customers are serviced at the highest level
- Communicate any stock needs from merchandise stands throughout the arena
- Always maintain a professional attitude and appearance
- All duties as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality to the extent possible/applicable
Minimum Qualifications for the Position
- Must be at least 18 yeas of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Point of Sale Terminal (POS) system/cash handling experience preferred
- Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
