If you are enthusiastic and committed to learning this position is right for you!Our Retail Associates (also known as Care Coordinators) are in a client facing role responsible for welcoming customers in the store front, handling incoming telephone calls, email correspondences, verifying insurances, data entry, and providing excellent customer service sales knowledge.About the Position * Welcome and assist incoming clients with questions or guidance. * Measure and fit patients for durable medical equipment. * Verify patient insurance information and benefits. * Review prescriptions and understand insurance coverage criteria. * Maintain client relationships for resupply and repeat services. * Answer incoming client calls and provide appropriate follow-up. * Offer customer service expertise on out-of-pocket equipment. * Communicate with physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources regarding orders and medical equipment. * Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure proper patient care and insurance reimbursement for services provided. * Enter orders into electronic medical record systems and order management systems.What Were Looking For * Outgoing, kind, and friendly attitude. * Proactive with a positive mindset. * Energetic with a strong work ethic. * Organized with a high attention to detail. * Professional and courteous demeanor. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work effectively within a team. * Exceptional customer service skills.Qualifications for Success * Retail and/or customer service experience highly preferred. * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Two years of college education preferred. * Experience in medical billing or customer service is preferred. * Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party insurance is preferred.Benefits * Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Short-Term and Long-Term Disability options * 401K with company match * PTO, Vacation, and paid HolidaysFollow link to apply through company website:
