The Retail Associate will contribute to the customer experience, ensuring each customer leaves satisfied. This position will work in both The North Face and Dashing Bear store locations. This is a seasonal position, paid at $20/hr.Assist the customer in finding the right product for their needs and desiresAccurately and efficiently completing customer transactionsAccurate cash handling and computer proceduresMerchandising the store as directed by manager, supervisor or leadAnswer the telephone according to Stratton's telephone standardFollow daily opening & closing procedures for your locationParticipate in all retail/rental & corporate training programsKnow the product and services offered in your location as well as other Retail/Rental locations and the Resort as a wholeContinually exceed our guests' expectations and create memories for both guests & employeesEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSEducation: Actively pursuing a High School Diploma or equivalentExperience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferredQUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTSMust be 16+ years of ageSelf-motivatedStrong communication and organizational skillsPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONSThis position may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.An Equal Opportunity Employer#J-18808-Ljbffr
