Build a foundation for lasting relationships with new customers and foster ongoing relationships with existing customers in the retail store and at associated events. Maintain store inventory and presentation via stocking, merchandising, and cleaning. Duties and Responsibilities. Customer Service. Greet customers and offer warm hospitality throughout their visit. Provide thorough assistance to all customers in a friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable manner, including all Sports Warehouse curbside pick-up costumers.
