What would I be doing?
The Retail Clerk will assure all Guests are courteously served with their purchases in a clean and attractive environment.
Responsibilities
(These functions are intended as a general illustration of the work performed in this job classification and are not all inclusive for this position)
* The Retail Clerk will maintain a high service standard at all times with every guest.
* Properly record all transactions in the Point-of-Sale system.
* The Retail Clerk will accurately handle all cash and credit card and comp transactions.
* Maintain on a daily basis a high level of cleanliness in the gift shop.
* The Retail Clerk will unpack, stock, organize and price all merchandise in the shop as needed.
* Assist in stocking and recording stock for all vending machines.
* The Retail Clerk is responsible for knowing and adhering to all new policies and procedures in the Merchandising Department.
* Complete physical inventory each month requiring lifting, counting and using a step ladder.
* The Retail Clerk will have good teamwork skills.
* Positive attitude and good work ethic.
* The Retail Clerk will have patience and good listening skills.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc.):
* Possession of, and ability to obtain and maintain a valid drivers and gaming license within assigned state of employment and other jurisdictions
* Must successfully pass background check
* Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening
* Must be 18 years of age

* Delivers superior internal and external guest service in Boyd Style.
